We specialise in the Brisbane region. Our role is to ensure that building work complies with all National Construction Code (NCC), Queensland Development Code (QDC) and Australian Standards (AS).

Due to the complexity of the NCC, we don't have the capacity to take on Owner Builder projects or certify pre existing work.

\n\nThe approvals process can be pretty complicated, so we've simplified it below. Not every approval will follow this process exactly, but it should apply to 90% of projects.

\n\nSimon travels daily throughout south east Queensland and northern New South Wales to ensure clients get their pools inspected as soon as possible.
\n\nSimon also runs his own business as a Pool Safety Inspector, should you need your pool re-inspected for sale or rent after your Form 17 is no longer valid.
