Bump and Baby® wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your product does not perform the function for which is was designed, return the product for a full refund. Also, we are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalised items or items on sale/clearance. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase; certain exceptions apply. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Shipping charges on returns are not refundable.
