\n\nWhat is Individual Coaching?
\n\n
\n\nIndividual Coaching is designed to improve both your mental approach to football and core footballing skills and techniques. It combines both "classroom" theory and practical on-field training.
\n\n
\n\nThe Infinity Individual Coaching Programme teaches players:
\n\nPlanning and goal setting: how to set SMART goals and work towards them.
\n\tSelf discipline: how to create positive habits, that are translatable to all aspects of life.
\n\tCreate their own development programme: how to design sophisticated training sessions that improve your capacity to learn and maximise enjoyment.
\n\tRest and recovery: how to monitor your workload so that you can continue to work hard and enjoy what you do.
\n\tDealing with setbacks: how to build resilience and cope with set backs with a constructive mindset.
\n\tMaking the most of feedback: how to seek and engage with advice and feedback in a productive manner.
\n\tNew technology: Work with technology and analyse video footage.

\n\nHow does the programme work?
\n\n
\n\nYou can choose the scope and length of your individual coaching programme.
\n\n
\n\nTimes and locations will be arranged between you and the coach.
\n\n
\n\nWe have three main formats:
\n\n
\n\n8 week programme
\n\nThis involves working through the full 8 stage coaching programme, from goal setting through to session development and weekly review and feedback, to guidance on recovery and resilience ($240).
\n\n\n\n
4 week programme
\n\nFour sessions, starting with goal setting with an emphasis on key areas of your game, and then working on developing ways to build those skills over the 4 weeks (and beyond) ($140).
\n\n
\n\n2 week programme
\n\nAn introduction to individual coaching, where you can pick a key area of your game to work on with the coach, and then review and get feedback on your progress the next week, following a week's practices and games ($80).
