\n\nAt all times, please refer to the Terms and Conditions. The cover is designed to reimburse Online Traders, who through no fault of their own, have their trading account(s) suspended or cancelled.

How do I claim?
\n\nSuspensions or Cancellations must be notified to Thompson and Holt as soon as possible. Thompson and Holt will in turn notify JMM at Lloyd’s. Claims can only be made after a Suspension or Cancellation lasts more than five days from the date of original notification to JMM.
\n\n\n\n
How much can I claim?
\n\nPlease see limits in the Terms and Conditions. Up to 60 days loss of Revenue, subject to cover being limited to £50,000 or currency equivalent, for any one client.

How long do I wait until I receive my money?
\n\nProceeds of any claim will be paid promptly by Thompson and Holt, but only after legitimacy of a claim has been established.
