The short answer is you can open a new account but as soon as Amazon link your new account with your old one they will close the new account immediately leaving your funds frozen as well as any stock if you are using FBA.

We can help you get your original Amazon Seller Account back even if you have received the email saying that your seller account has been permanently closed and Amazon may not reply.
