We certainly are qualified and able to assist people with mental health issues of various types including depression, anxiety, obsessions, fears, phobias, etc. The <b>Plus </b>of ABC Psychology Plus refers to the fact that we offer support once mental health has become compromised <b>and </b>offer <b>preventative positive</b> psychological services to maintain good mental health and general wellbeing.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>\n\n<p class=\"font_7\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Times;\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_7\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Times;\"><span class=\"color_3\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The <b>Plus </b>also refers to the fact that we offer professional <b>counselling </b>services in addition to the psychology side. Counselling is quite different in approach and works from the premise that the client is the expert in their own lives. The goal is to support you to work through to find your own solutions to life’s challenges. </span></span></span><span class=\"color_3\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">It does offer psycho-educational support when you are stuck.
