Started at Jennings Construction in 1987 as Contract Administrator.

\n\n

In 1990 Brendon left Jennings to join a small fit out company.  He rose to a management role taking the company from a small subcontractor with a few dozen employees to a Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractor employing in excess of a hundred employees.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Brendon's skills in detailing and delivering complex fit outs over the last 25 years has established him as a highly regarded leader of a reputable company within the construction industry.  With over 150 staff and turnover exceeding $25m per annum, Brendon has overseen some of Melbourne's largest and most detailed fit outs in his time in the fit out market.

Following completion of his Building and Construction studies at Swinburne Ivan joined Hooker Cockram as a graduate in 1988.  

\n\n

​Over the next five years Ivan developed his skills in Contact Administration, Estimating and completed his time at Hooker Cockram as Site Manager.

\n\n

 

\n\n

In 1994 Ivan joined Walton Construction, a start up construction company.  Ivan's 16 years at Walton Construction has enabled him to be part of the company's move from a 'start up' company to being listed in the BRW Top 500 private companies in Australia.
