Senior Wait Staff

\n\nWe are seeking senior wait staff to assist our Floor Supervisor. The role is key to ensuring and maintaining a high standard of quality and service for the restaurant.
\n\n
\n\nReporting to the Floor Supervisor and Manager, this is a hands-on role, requiring you to engage with staff and customers while actively working on the floor.
\n\n
\n\nEnsuring all staff provide a high standard and consistency of customer service
\n\tDaily setup of table settings to be completed prior to each seating as well as end of day pack down.
\n\tMaintain and follow up reservations via phone and email.
\n\tBe responsible for customer dockets and payments
\n\tMaintain inventory levels
\n\tRestocking of shelves, bar fridges and cool room.
\n\tGeneral cleaning duties
\n\t
\n\tComing from a strong hospitality background
\n\nWorking weekends and nights will come naturally to you
\n\tYou will have at least 1 years’ experience as FOH or a similar role
\n\tYou will be able to work independently as well as with a team
\n\tAble to give clear direction to staff in line with the business policies
\n\tSound knowledge of restaurant procedures.
\n\t
