The First Strike Process

There are a number of methods used to effectively treat established termite infestations including in-ground monitoring stations and baiting and above ground baiting.
\n\n\n\n
Stations are placed around the home at intervals to maintain the best protection for the property. They are inspected every 3-6 months and if activity is found the baiting process will begin.
\n\n\n\n
The baits are very palatable to the termites and are designed to stop the termites frommoulting, thus destroying the structure of the colony leading to the elimination of the nest.
\n\n\n\n
If a nest is located in a wall, we will use an above ground station to control the termite activity. This system will be activated with bait when mounted on the area of activity.
\n\n\n\n
To prevent them moving in, we will suggest that a chemical termite barrier or a termite monitoring system be installed. For wall activity, we have options to suit different situations, from foaming, dusting or mounting an above ground termite station to target the termite colony.
