We are looking for an experienced Agile Team Coach to join our growing EPiC Family!

EPiC is a practitioner - lead Business Agility Consultancy and Lean-Agile Transformation Business. We inject a lean - startup culture into the Enterprise so that we can create work environments that people love! Our customer portfolio includes large scale household names and smaller / leaner organisations throughout Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.

About the Role:
\n\nAs an Agile Team Coach, you will be an experienced team coach, Agilest, servant leader.
\n\n\n\n
About the Role:
\n\nAs Agile Program Coach you will be an experienced agilest, servant leader, team coach,
\n\nYou will be responsible for
\n\nAssessing the Agile Team health
\n\tBuilding tailored growth plans
\n\tPrioritising coaching activities with your team
\n\tLeading & Facilitating Agile Practices and Coaching activities across the team
\n\tObserving and coaching client leadership, teams and their servant leaders towards greater levels of agility and performance
\n\tidentifying opportunities to instill Agile principles and practices at all levels, through observation, active listening, and formal and informal training when necessary.
\n\tSupporting & Participating within the greater EPiC Coaching community
\n\tMentoring of EPiC Agile Practitioners
\n\tAssist with leading transformation initiatives
\n\t\n\n
To be considered, you will need to exhibit the following traits:

\n\tYou can lead, teach, show, mentor, advise and support people through their own agile journey

\n\nRunning Agile ceremonies
\n\tActing as the Agile Project Manager
\n\tManaging the team workload and ensuring milestones are met
\n\tMaintaining the team's energy and enthusiasm by running effective retrospectives
\n\tSupporting our EPiC Coaching community
\n\tHelp to define and shape products (In collaboration with our clients)
\n\t\n\n
To be considered for the role of an Agile Delivery Lead, you need to meet the following criteria:
