We are looking for an experienced Agile Enterprise / Transformation Coach to join our growing EPiC Family!

\n\nEPiC is a Practitioner led Business Agility Consultancy and Lean agile transformation business. We inject lean start-up culture into the enterprise to create work environments that people love! Our customer portfolio includes large scale household names and smaller / leaner organisations throughout Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

\n\nYou will be responsible for
\n\nAssessing the Agile Organisational health
\n\tBuilding tailored growth plans at the upper level
\n\tPrioritising coaching activities with senior stakeholders
\n\tLeading & Facilitating Agile Practices and Coaching activities with senior stakeholders
\n\tSupporting & Participating within the greater EPiC Coaching community
\n\tMentoring of EPiC Agile Practitioners
\n\tTogether with the support of our business agility strategists, lead transformation initiatives across the organisation
\n\t\n\n
To be considered, you will need to exhibit the following traits:

\n\tYou will have 3+ years minimum experience as an Agile Enterprise Coach
\n\tYou are an Agile Expert and are certified in one or more frameworks / roles

\n\tYou are an experienced problem solver
\n\tYou can lead, teach, show, mentor, advise and support people through their own agile journey
\n\tYou embrace feedback to further your own skills
\n\tYou are a responsible and seasoned disruptor!
