\n\nTraditionally, Yoga was taught one-on-one, fast forward to today group classes can sometimes feel daunting & overwhelming. Practicing yoga in the comfort of your own home without anyone watching you can be a great environment to learn the correct technique & postures.
\n\nPrivate yoga sessions are like a Yoga Therapy session, I pay special attention to your alignment & posture, giving you feedback, corrections, and referrals for other health practitioners to improve your injury, health, and general wellbeing. I love helping people find a way to manage their injuries, illness, or health. From my background I have a passion for anatomy, bio-mechanics and finding a way to heal your body through yoga rehabilitation. No matter what you level, yoga can create massive change in your life.
