Welcome to C3 Church Mackay and the 2018 Christmas Season.

As 2018 draws to a close we are focused on stepping out with Jesus and the Holy Spirit into all things new.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18 The Voice (VOICE)
\n\n17 Therefore, if anyone is united with the Christ, that person is a new creation. The old life is gone—and see—a new life has begun!
\n\n18 All of this is a gift from our Creator God, who has pursued us and brought us into a restored and healthy relationship with Him through the Anointed. And He has given us the same mission, the ministry of reconciliation, to bring others back to Him. [to become new creations]

Isaiah 43:18-19 (CJB)
\n[18] “Stop dwelling on past events and brooding over times gone by;
\n[19] I am doing something new; it's springing up—can't you see it?
\nI am making a road in the desert, rivers in the wasteland.
\n
These scriptures will speak to you in whatever circumstances you find yourself in as you move forward into 2019. The first depicts who you are now ... or should be, or could be if you received Jesus Christ as your Saviour. The second encourages you to move forward into the new tomorrow God has planned for you, as an individual and as part of a church family. Always remember, a church that declares salvation through Jesus Christ is a church that’s part of God’s plan to complete us. Ephesians 4:11-16

True, 2018 is almost over and Christmas is upon us once more. God is offering gifts of new things, new circumstances, new ideas ... even a new you in 2019. Christmas is about the birth of someone, Jesus the Christ, but it’s also about birthing something new in you. It doesn’t matter how good, or bad, 2018 was for you, in 2019 decide to move forward wherever God will take you. Into the plan He has for your life.
\n\n\n\n
How? This Christmas set a little time aside to spend with Him and, in doing so, birth something new. Myself, I’m looking to 2019 fully confident God will honour His word and things birthed during that time will bring forth good fruit in for years to come.
