A career in the corporate world was my life for over 20 years as Human Resources Business Partner. I’ve worked in industries as diverse as very large engineering and law firms to world renowned international humanitarian aid organisation and small community health groups. Whilst being professionally successful in each role, my personal life was not so successful: I simply could not have a high flying career and be the mum and wife I wanted to be.

I had no quality time with my family, I was overstressed and overworked. It was not the life we desired and something had to change. My purpose in life had to be re-evaluated and personal development was something I lacked, so that’s’ where it all started.

The more I educated myself the more I realized that you can have a work life balance. I can wake up to our darling 3 year old son and supportive husband, we are together every step of the way and we are all growing up happily together.
