Bluefly Vision is a recent initiative developed by our parent company, Bluefly IT Solutions, in response to increasing demand from clients for a fully integrated, easy to use and easy to implement video security solution. We started as a small product team within Bluefly IT but have since grown in to become a specialist group, exclusively focussed on network connected video systems. We provide customised, professional solutions. All systems are installed by our fully licenced team of electricians and cable installers.

Our Process

Our process is simple. A customer representative works with you to understand your requirements and develops options which match the right camera and recording solutions. We can show you the cameras that will be installed, demonstrate their abilities and show you live vision of existing camera installations under a variety of scenarios. At all stages of this process, the systems and hardware to be used will be explained to your complete satisfaction. This is how we help you make informed decisions.

Once we have agreed on camera solutions and placement, our qualified and licenced installers then visit site at an agreed time and complete the necessary cabling and installation. A follow up call will be made to confirm the operation of the system and to ensure that you are satisfied with the viewing field for each camera. Minor adjustments can be made at this time.

If at any point we agree that the general IT system needs remediation work, our IT team can assist with the required changes. Bluefly IT Solutions is a full service IT support firm and can help to ensure that your video system is producing optimal results.
