How long will delivery take?
\n\nReplacement filters are always in stock, so you should receive delivery of these within 7 days. With Aquadomes and Aqua-urns, if your item is in stock, delivery will be approximately 7 days. If your item is not in stock, delivery maybe a little longer. Please feel free to contact us after your Aquadome or Aqua-urn purchase to obtain your approximate delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
\nThe Aquadome Water Purifier and filters are fragile items. In the unlikely instance of your parcel arriving in a broken state, a return may be allowed. Each case will be looked at individually.

How often do I need to replace the Aquadome Water Purifier filter?
\nStandard Ceramic Filters need only be replaced every 12 months.
Fluoride Ceramic Filters should be replaced every 6 months.
