Senior Aged Care / Healthcare Architect

\n\nWe are currently seeking a senior architect to work on documentation and contract administration of health, aged care and apartment projects.
\n\n\n\n
Criteria:
\n\n- Have a minimum of 8 years working experience, preferably in aged care, health care or multi-residential buildings
\n- Strong detailed construction documentation skills
\n- Well-developed detailing, documentation & project co-ordination skills
\n- Sound understanding of local codes and statutory requirements
\n- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
\n- Professional manner
\n- Eagerness to learn
\n- Ability to work in a team
\n- Excellent written and spoken English
\n- Knowledge working with ArchiCAD Teamwork is preferred
\n- Proficient in ArchiCAD & Microsoft Office is preferred
\n- Architect registration with ARVB preferred.
