font-size: 15px;\">&nbsp;</h4>\n\n<h4 class=\"font_4\" style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size:15px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Hi,<br />\nI am the the new junior AJL co ordinator for the season starting in August.<br />\n<br />\nI thought we could trial a new selection process to encourage new players as<br />\nwell as previous players to become involved in this fantastic competition.<br />\nThe new selection process will involve a round robin tournament format.<br />\n<br />\nThe AJL competition needs to be heavily promoted to raise appeal whilst<br />\ngiving BDTA players the exposure of competing against players their own age<br />\nthoroughout Melbourne.&nbsp; If more players know about the AJL and the new<br />\nselection process it may increase the likelihood of more players wanting to<br />\nplay and improve their tennis.&nbsp; I also think if every player is given equal<br />\nopportunity to be selected this may encourage greater participation.<br />\n<br />\nI know finding a time that suits everyone is impossible, however I must<br />\nstart somewhere.&nbsp;
