\nHe has extensive experience in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal problems including strong skills in manual therapy, rehabilitation, core strengthening, dry needling and Clinical Pilates. He has special interest in treating back pain, neck pain, headaches and sports injuries. Nish also has special interest in treatment and prevention of footy and cricket injuries. As an active sportsmen, still playing cricket himself, he understand the importance of biomechanics and injury prevention in active individuals.
Yoggeta has been associated with Enrich Physio for more than 1.5 years. She has over 3.5 years of varied clinical experience. After completing her Bachelors Degree, she worked for 2 years in India. Yoggeta was one of the ten students to be awarded the New Zealand India Sports Scholarship to pursue her Post graduation in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in New Zealand. She has assisted athletes on-field for tennis in India and rugby in New Zealand. Although she is a Sports Physiotherapist, treating people in a private sector has interested her as that helps her in improvising her hands-on skills. She uses a combination of techniques comprising Manual therapy, joint manipulations, dry needling, exercise prescription and Clinical Pilates. Her interest in Pilates intrigued her to complete an intense Matwork and Equipment Clinical Pilates instructor course. She also deals in women's health conditions like incontinence and pregnancy related issues. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys cycling, hiking, traveling and of course doing Pilates. Having explored 5 countries in less than 3 years, she aims to diversify her clinical and travel experience in the future.

Specialised in modern physiotherapy practices like Dry Needling, Manual therapy, Sports Taping, etc. Actively involved in the management of acute and chronic sports injuries, overuse injuries, work related musculoskeletal disorders, post joint replacement rehab, acute and chronic back and neck disorders, etc. Being a sports enthusiast herself, who enjoys playing Cricket and Tennis, she has keen interest in injury prevention and conditioning of athletes as well. She has been an on-field physio for various university sporting events including football, basketball, hockey, swimming, squash, badminton and cricket.

\nNitu's is a commerce graduate and book keeper by trade. She is mother of 4 yr old lovely girl and loves to spend time with her daughter and 2 dogs in her free time. She loves going on walks with her dogs listing to her favourite music.

\n\nHe has previously worked at one of the premier centre for sports medicine centres in Mumbai, India as their head sports physiotherapist, rehabilitating elite athletes and Bollywood celebrities. He also is a certified personal trainer from The American College of Sports Medicine, bringing in a wide knowledge of exercise science incorporating with his manual therapy skills. He has very recently moved from Tasmania after 4 years of work and enjoying the Tasmanian life. When not working, he loves keeping fit and spending time with his family and friends.
