I am Julie Evans and I am a marriage celebrant who specialises in unusual and themed weddings, however most of the ceremonies I perform are described by the bride and groom as simple but meaningful.

It is important that your ceremony is unique to you and your fiancé. It should reflect your families and make people comment that your ceremony was so YOU! You need a celebrant who can get to know you quickly and write a ceremony that achieves those goals. The celebrant should also be on your side to deliver a ceremony that is heard and includes a friendly personable attitude with a creative sense of getting all the details right for the day.

My background is in theatre, which has given me the skills and experience in writing and MC work to deliver your wedding ceremony in a creative way, projecting and including the guests in the couples biggest moments. Being a counsellor gives me experience in listening to other people and using what I hear in a creatively designed personable ceremony.

Rituals are a big part of what I offer providing most of the supplies needed to add this wonderful aspect of symbolism to your ceremony. These include Unity Candle, Unity Sand, hand fasting, wine, stones and shells, ring cleansing/sharing, rituals that include children and family and personalised items can be included in your ceremony.

I do a lot of weddings on the beautiful Bribie Island and there are gorgeous spots where you can get a beach and near beach feeling for your ceremony.

With no home office I will come to you or meet you at a neutral place (coffee club etc) near you. This is a great solution for those with children as they can play with their own things or watch TV whilst we get through the long first meeting involving signing the first papers (NOIM) and doing the first meeting obligations with some discussion of the ceremony and how you would like it.
\n\n\n\n
My rates are fair and have remained the same for 7 years even though added government charges has given us a smaller profit margin. With $100 deposit and $350 to pay before the wedding without extra costs this makes me a competitive celebrant who can offer you my skills as above, plus the ability to go into the finer details to make sure your ceremony is delivered exactly as you want it.
