\n\nSaturdays 10.10 am-11.10 am starts 2nd Feb - 23rd March 2019
\n\n8 weekly 60 min classes
\n\n$200.00 includes B/fee and class craft & or print outs.

\n\nOur classes are held inline with the school terms.

\n\nTerm topics include-
\n\nStrong Heart-create our tree/Positive Visualisations/Breathe/BIG emotions/Positive thinking/How to be a friend/Dream Big/End of term party

\n\nWe help your child learn to release stress and build a more positive self esteem through play, craft, relaxation and movement.
\n\n\n\n
As our little ones take that big step into the wild world, their everyday experiences can be quite overwhelming as they start to meet different personalities. Sometimes kids go through some wonderful times, but also tough ones. Whether that be problems with school, friends or family, coping with change in general, it can be a tough time for them. Others just breeze into it.
\n\nEach child is individual and should be encouraged to grow gently, no hurry, in their own time.

\n\nIn our BUGirl Tweenies class we help girls 5-7 years on their growing up journey.
\n\nThis is a fun empowering class designed to help girls build confidence, self-esteem, resilience and uniqueness.
\n\n\n\n

\n\nBody awareness
\n\n
\n\nOur training for this age group is inspired from our Shambala Kids Teacher Training.
