Preparing your daughter for a cruisey start to 2019 is easy with our Transition workshop.

This is a half day workshop in January 2019 for girls going from primary through to high school and are a little anxious or worrying about the change for various reasons.
\n\n
\n\nWe will spend a half day in a small group debunking her fears and working through her worries and have her leaving the workshop ready and equipped with knowledge for her transition.
\n\n
\n\nHomework and Studying can be stressful activities for everyone.We will share top tips to support girls for when it's time to get studious
\n\n
\n\nHayley will give the girls some wonderful insights into how to calm the "what ifs" that many girls worry about. School usually gets them school ready, but we help the girls get social savvy. Some of our own B U Girls who have just travelled this road describe to the girls how it really is and its not always what they are fearing.

\nYou know, things like -
what if I get my period?
\n\tI'm scared I won't know anyone
\n\tWhat if my primary friends make new friends and leave me?
\n\tSocial media
\n\t
\nWe also have some wonderful tips from Author Sharon Talbot Witt Surviving High school, who has been an inspiration to us in supporting girls since the introduction of our Girl Wise curriculum back in 2016.

\n\nRenai was responsible in programming a social skills program called ‘circle time’ that targeted social development amongst students to form healthy and balanced relationships with their peers, which had a specific focus on how to deal with bullying in and outside of the classroom.

\n\nShe is a motivated, dedicated and passionate educator who strives to not only academically teach her students but to teach them life skills they can apply towards their personal development with relationships and life’s hurdles.
\n\nWe are very fortunate to have Renai on the team and to help mums with some very real issues girls experience at school and she is always available to shed some light for mums at our retreats.
