When girls participate in our programs the girls start to develop their confidence and self-esteem.
\n\nWe also discuss with the girls some of the things that keep them awake at night ? Issues such as friendships, body image, self respect & self belief and use activities such as craft to help re enforce the positive messages we teach.

Our programs builds their inner-strength as we teach the girls how to manage stress and gain the tools essential for being happy, and coping skills for them to use now and into their adult life.
