B U Girls love the empowerment and uplifted self esteem and confidence they receive after attending just one day with us. There is a real need to address these issues and it's what we do best.

The feed back we receive from the girls as seen below and their parents helps us plan what they need. We listened.
\n\nThrough feedback from parents we realised our girls need and want more and we needed to get to the girls who are not local and cannot attend because of the distance between us.

B U Girl now offers specific Intensive Empowerment Coaching Workshops for girls who would like to work on a particular issue they are needing support with and this is now available via a private online group.

\n\nThe workshops are very strategically designed to help build self esteem and confidence as well as skills to manage friendships in girls.
\n\n
\n\nWe give them tools, have girl chats and much more in each session.The girls also learn to be #Mindful of their own self talk and are quickly at ease in a non judgmental environment.
\n\nWe accept each girl in all her authenticity and encourage it.

\n\nCaroleB, as well as being a Mentor & Life Coach is also a fully qualified Meditation Teacher and has been teaching Meditation to tweens and teens since she was the first Certified Shambala Kids Relaxation teacher in Australia back in 2013.
\n\nCarole is also a Body Image Ambassador and a Standing Strong Licensed Instructor
