Drawing on his extensive experience and knowledge of landscaping, design, and product selection, Randal heads up our operations teams and oversees all 3 key location offices – Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

\nRandal loves the challenge of assisting landscape architects, and civil designers with project design, product selection, pricing, and helping key clients to select the best product to suit their requirements.
\n\nRandal’s specialties include forward thinking with local and state government clients to deliver innovative, first class designs for coloured surfacing, streetscapes, playgrounds, and shared user areas.
\n\n
\n\nHaving been with Brick N Pave for over 15 years, Randal’s management of our people, quality, and environmental systems is testament to his unwavering management style which keeps Brick N Pave at the forefront of our industry. A valued member of IPWEA and other industry organisations, Randal is often travelling between our offices presenting contemporary ideas, and new products to the market.

Brendan Evans - Estimator / Design Manager

Brick N Pave’s inhouse design manager and estimator Brendan, draws on his residential drafting background to assist our clients with designing vibrant, fresh, and ‘out of the box’ coloured surfacing design ideas.

\n\nBrendan is the go-to design guru for all school and childcare facility upgrades, custom design patterns, functional urban spaces, end of trip facilities, decorative driveways, and complex urban planning ideas. Brendan’s ability to design, measure, quote, and package together surfacing solutions is second to none, and he revels in helping client’s to see their ideas come to life on the ground.

\n\nBrendan often travels regional Queensland assisting municipal Councils and design groups with leading edge ideas, competitive pricing, and an unparalleled commitment to client satisfaction.

\n\nHaving expanded our capabilities into line marking and commercial waterproofing and coatings, Brendan is leading the team with his facilitation of securing new clients, supportive project management, and a wide ranging knowledge of surfacing preparation, installation, and aftercare.

\n\nSome of Brendan’s key achievements include securing over 25,000m2 in local government upgrade projects in the last 2 years, an example of his dedication to helping regional Queensland and key stakeholders improve their local urban spaces.

\nChris Michel - Senior Project Manager

In his capacity as Senior Project Manager, Chris oversees the construction team, the project administration team, and our valued subcontractors.
\n\n
\n\nManaging the day to day operations of our construction and project teams, Chris draws on his expertise in coloured surfacing, commercial pavement solutions, and major projects to produce quality results, satisfied customers, well trained professional employees, and visually appealing end results.
\n\n
\n\nChris specialises in contracts administration, end to end client relations, project management, seamless asphalt repairs, and surfacing solutions to the aviation industry. Developing Brick N Pave into a driving force in the aviation pavement and waterproofing sectors, Chris is often onsite overseeing projects to ensure complete client satisfaction.
\n\n
\n\nSurrounded by a strong, educated team of workers and staff, Chris prides himself on being resolute in Brick N Pave’s pursuit of producing market leading results, and establishing ourselves as Australia’s largest, most experienced surfacing company.
\n\n
\n\nChris’s key achievements include evolving Brick N Pave into the principal supplier for surfacing solutions for across multiple major airports and RAAF bases through Australia.

Jarred Ross - Project Manager

Jarred takes care of business from within our Brisbane head office. He oversees the construction team’s daily activities, plant management, staffing requirements, and liaising with client groups, stakeholders, management, and all staff, to ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimum disruption to our clients and stakeholders.
\n\n
\n\nHis dedication to innovative project management and quality assurance is unique, and he problem solves on his feet – a incomparable project management quality.

\n\nWith the help of his project administration team, Jarred keeps our 20 staff moving from project to project, ensuring each project is completed to our high standard of quality, with a commitment to delivering solution based results for our large client base.

Felicity Pleasants - Operations Manager

Felicity has been with Brick N Pave since inception, and manages all business administration, payroll, human resourcing, and accounts.

\n\nWith an exceptional knowledge of Brick N Pave’s operational functions, Felicity oversees all business decisions, and manages the accounting and payment systems for our client’s, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
