Written Communications remains the owner of the work provided to you unless otherwise agreed upon.

\n\nBy accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the specific Terms and Conditions sent to you upon inquiry . If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

\n\nWe provide you with, but not limited to, the following Services;

\n\n-Proofreading
\n\n-Copywriting
\n\n-Editing
\n\n-Resume Writing and review
\n\n-Letter writing
\n\n-Various freelance work upon request

\n\nFor the purposes of this document, these services will collectively been referred to as “Service",” Services”. You are responsible for the review of the Service
\n\nthat you receive once submitting payment and receiving the documentation completed and finalised by us.
\n\n\n\n
3) Process
\n\n\n\n
(i) Upon inquiry, you will receive an email that will include a Welcome Letter, an Invoice and a copy of ‘Terms and Conditions’ applicable to the specific service.
\n\n(ii) Payment is required in full prior to finalised work being sent to you.
\n\n(iii) Payment details are listed on the Invoice provided to you.
\n\n(iv) At no point are you to make payment via a method that is not listed on the invoice provided to you, by us.
\n\n
\n\n4) Links To Other Web Sites
\n\n
\n\n(i) Our products, Services, blog posts, websites and social media accounts may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
\n\n
\n\n(ii) Written Communications has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Written Communications shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

5) Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6) Remedies

In the event of a breach or threatened breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, you agree that Written Communications is entitled to a permanent injunction, in addition to and not in limitation of any other rights and remedies available to Written Communications at law and/or in equity, in order to prevent or restrain any such breach by you or by your partners, agents, representatives, servants, employees and/or any and all persons directly or indirectly acting for, or with you.
\n\n7) Governing Law
\n\n\n\n
The laws of Victoria govern this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

\n\n8) Further Information
\n\n
\n\nA full Service specific Terms and Conditions will be sent to you prior to acceptance of business relationships.
