\n\nUpon taking a Job Brief, Abacus Human Capital will commit a day and time for you to interview 3 candidates back to back in Abacus Human Capital’s offices in the CBD. The interviews normally take place in 3 business days after completing a Job Brief.
\n\tEach interview will run for 30 – 40 minutes.
\n\tA Consultant will manage the introductions and exits of candidates from the interview process.
\n\tAt the end of the interview process, detailed feedback from each candidate will be provided to the Client.
\n\tA second round interview will then be arranged and confirmed with the preferred candidate(s).

In fact, 50% of Abacus Human Capital’s revenue stream is driven from the recruitment of temporary positions. To be able to support its Clients with temporary recruitment, Abacus Human Capital has developed a Contract Talent Mapping Tool to track the end dates of key contractors across the Brisbane market and regularly communicates with them on the status of their contract roles. Abacus Human Capital also invests significant resources in building and maintaining a talent pool of immediately available contractors who closely meet the needs of Abacus Human Capital’s specific Clients.

\n\nIn most instances, Abacus Human Capital is able to shortlist a temporary or contract role in 60 – 90 minutes. In the unlikely event that Abacus Human Capital does not have the right person for the temporary or contract requirement, Abacus Human Capital believes in being transparent and advising its Client accordingly.

\n\nIn providing temporary staff, Abacus Human Capital facilitates and manages the payroll responsibilities of its working temps. This includes utilising an online timesheet process that makes it extremely easy for hiring managers to review and approve the hours that have been worked by the temporary staff.
