Joel was one of the founding partners. From leaving high school, he studied building and design at RMIT, where he quickly leared his passion was in a more hands on approach to building and design. Leaving RMIT after only 6 months, Joel commenced his apprenticeship in carpentry, where he fast found his passion. Learning quickly and honing all his trade skills to a fne craft, he wasted no time in developing his entrepeneurial skills by taking on his own with, and even at one point had his own boss working for him. It was only a few months after completing his apprenticesh that Binq was born. Spending time working in all areas of the bussiness, Joel currently finds himself being involved in managing sales and Business Development. When he's not working, he enjoys building futniture, playing guitar, wakeboarding and being an architecture nerd.

Jane's employment started with Binq in 2011, working 3 days a week on reception, to relieve herself from the full time duties of motherhood. Since then, Jane has taken on a diverse range of responsibilities having experience in working in accounts, purchasing and scheduling and more. Over the years, Jane has felt more than welcomed and considers herself to be part of the Binq family. In 2015, Jane took 6 months off,to become a proud mother of her second son, and was welcomed back to the family once again.

He brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked in the door and window industry since 1999. Previous to his employment with Binq, Carlos has been involved in all aspects of operations, from supply, aftersales servic, installation and site glazing. for both timber and aluminium. Carlos brings honesty, a sense of urgency andaccept ownership of the process, as if it were his own business. Carlos'role entales managing all deliveries, installations, the service department and preparing KPI reports to the mangement team.
\n\nDuring his spare time, Carlos is an entusiast woodworker and furniture maker.

After growing up in Bentleigh, Melbourne, Terry has lived in WA and NSW. His experience in windows and doors comes from previously selling and installing the products. Having experience in working with timber, aluminium and AliClad, he brings an extensive skill set and an enormous amount of knowledge. With timber being his preffered material of windows and doors, upon his return to Melbourne, Terry started working with Binq. Terry is MAD Saints fan, which he believes makes him more appealing that the Collingwood, Essendon and Carlton fans working here.
