Membership to Bungendore Quilters Inc is on a yearly basis and based on the financial year - 1 July to 30 June. Our AGM is held in July and members have to be financial to hold Executive Committee positions and vote.

We are always looking for new members! Visitors are more than welcome to come to our meetings which are short and enjoyable and much more fun than meetings you are used to! If you are a local, hopefully you will consider joining our group. Our current Membership form can be downloaded from here. Please email it or pop it in the post or better still, come along to our next meeting and meet some of our members.

All members are issued with name badges to be worn at meetings, mini-meets and other events where they are representing Bungendore Quilters. These badges remain the property of BQI and we would be grateful for their return if they are no longer required. We hope you can come join in the fun! If you would like to join Bungendore Quilters, please fill in our Membership Form and return it via post or email it to our Secretary.

Bungendore Quilters Inc is a member of the South Coast and Country Quilters Guild who produce a newsletter every two months. They are published here for your interest and information.

All members are welcome to any orall of our gatherings - General Meetings, Sew and Chat Meetings, Tuesdays Day Sew and Chat and Saturday Sewing Days. General Meetings include the usual reports and general business plus we have show and tell, small raffle and badge draw plus a monthly talk by a member — a wonderful way to get to know our members who enjoy their speciality craft. If there is a change of date or time, members will be notified and visitors, who are always welcome, are able to check on this page prior to the meeting. Five meetings a year will be classified as Sew and Chats which involve either doing your own thing, assisting with the raffle quilt or having a member teach the group a small project. Attendees and apologies will still be noted. Tuesday and Saturday gatherings are informal with no attendees and apologies noted.
