A minimum payment equal to the first nights accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the account is required upon arrival or during peak periods may be requested prior to arrival. You will be emailed a confirmation letter. For direct bookings, credit card details will be required to secure your booking and a credit card authorization equal to the first nights accommodation will be made against the credit card, however payment is not required until check in. During peak periods, full payment maybe requested&nbsp;to secure a booking. It is advised that accounts be settled by cash or by using EFTPOS, Cheque or Savings accounts as a 2% surcharge will be applied to all settlement of accounts by Credit Cards.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"line-height:1.8em\">\n\t<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"line-height:1.8em\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Changes &amp; Cancellations</span></p>\n\n\t<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"line-height:1.8em\">For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48&nbsp;hours prior to the Dalrymple Tourist Van Park&nbsp;check in time (2 pm&nbsp;if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check in is on Friday, cancellation must be made prior to 2 pm&nbsp;on Wednesday&nbsp;of that week. If guests cancel less than 48&nbsp;hours before check in, the first night is non-refundable and will be charged.&nbsp; During heavy booking periods, no refund will be given unless the accommodation can be resold.&nbsp;Where a change&nbsp;or cancellation is&nbsp;necessary all concerns will be dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li style=\"line-height:1.8em\">\n\t<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"line-height:1.8em\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Pets</span></p>\n\n\t<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"line-height:1.8em\">Being a pet friendly&nbsp;Park we welcome tourists with pets for short periods of time. To make sure ALL of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we do have some rules which must be adhered to.
