CROW FM 90.7 reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

\nSpecial Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contest, at which time separate Terms and Conditions will be available for the contest involved.

\nAll prizes must be collected within two months of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be placed back in the general prize pool and the responsibility rests with us.

\nCROW FM 90.7 will not notify winners of remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.

\nCROW FM 90.7 may allow the winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and representative maybe required. At this time signatures are required to confirm prize has been collected.
CROW FM 90.7 may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be accepted by CROW FM 90.7 for the safe postal delivery of the prize.

\nAll prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash nor sold for financial gain.

\nCROW FM 90.7 and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, warranties to prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall CROW FM 90.7 or associated agents be responsible for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of a prize.

\nIf the nominated prize becomes unavailable; CROW FM 90.7, at its absolute discretion may or may not substitute a replacement prize.
If the competition winner drawn on air does not answer their phone, Crow FM reserves the right to make another draw and award a new winner.

\nAll competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) once submitted becomes the property of CROW FM 90.7. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winners names and photographs and audio for any promotional purposes.

\nEntries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. CROW FM 90.7 is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website, the Internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material from crowfm.com.au or other sites associated with the radio station, Its sales or promotional activities or ventures.

\nCROW FM 90.7’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a dispute arises CROW FM 90.7 holds the right to make the final decision.
CROW FM 90.7's 'Secret Sound' competition rules state that the prize sum will go to the caller that has called through at the point of competition and has guessed correctly - word for word - the answer of the current sound (as determined by CROW FM 90.7). **AN INDIVIDUAL IS ONLY ALLOWED TO WIN THE SECRET SOUND COMPETITION - ONCE - IN A THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD; PER FAMILY / HOUSEHOLD. Indentification (ID) must be shown on collection of voucher/prize pick up.

\nAll parties are ineligible to enter any contest if:
They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name or an alias name in order to win prizes from CROW FM 90.7.
\n\nHave used dishonest means to give any advantage in any competition.
\n
\nThey are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of CROW FM 90.7 and/or a sponsor or affiliate associated with the contest.
Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the prize consists of alcohol, concert tickets for 18+, vehicle or where special Terms and Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.
\n\nCROW FM 90.7 reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion at its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.
